Code of Conduct and Community Participation Guidelines

Purpose

At Humane Intelligence, our primary goal is to create an inclusive community that welcomes the largest number of contributors from the most varied and diverse backgrounds possible. We prioritize people first, striving to recognize, appreciate, and respect the diversity of our global contributors.

We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability, race and/or ethnicity, socio-economic status, age, level of experience, education, religion (or lack thereof), national origin, or any other dimension of diversity.
Openness, collaboration, and participation are core aspects of our work. We gain strength from diversity and actively seek participation from those who enhance it.

• Collaboration: Promote a spirit of collaboration and community support.

• Communication: Encourage clear, considerate, and constructive communication.
   

Unacceptable Behavior:

• Harassment and Discrimination: Harassment and discrimination of any kind are not tolerated.

• Violence and Threats: Violent behavior, threats, and intimidation are prohibited.

Disruptive Behavior:

• Behaviors that disrupt the community or make others feel unwelcome or unsafe are not acceptable.
